Idrofoglia was investing for years a lot of forces in order to develop and search the best solutions in all sectors where it operates, in order to supply to the customers not only a product, but a real service. In particularly dealing with overground (external) fire fighting systems often there is the problem of the location. In order to face this problem, Idrofoglia suggests for its complete range of fire fighting systems an installation inside pumps premises, composed by R60 sandwich panels already connected electrically and hydraulically according to EN12845 and UNI11292 norms in force.

The range is composed by:
• UNISHELT60...: for the installation of the base framed and coupling fire fighting system (BG Range) UNISHELT60 TS: with dismountable roof, suitable for the installation of the fire fighting system with vertical turbine pumps (VTS Range) ;
• UNISHELT60 SLIM: suitable for the installation of the fire fighting system with submersible electropump (SM Range).

Fire fighting set installed inside the box
Tank for above head systems already connected to the pumps

Heating to keep the temperature above 15°C (UNI11292 6.4).
Fan to keep the temperature under 40°(EN12845 10.4) and to grant the ventilation of the motor-pump (UNI11292 5.4)
Electrical panel to check and manage all the signals and the components inside the room, as per EN12845-UNI11292
Fire protection sprinkler kit of the technical room with flow meter
34A144BC fire extinguisher and 113BC fire extinguisher for electrical power superior than 40 KW (UNI11292 6.7)

Advantages

Easy access to the fire-fighting system
Least overall dimensions thanks to the dismountable door so that also the external space is useful for the maintenance (UNI11292 5.2.2).
Reduction of the electrical installation time. All the electrical components inside the box are wired and it is only necessary to connect the power supplies and the external signals.
Reduction of the hydraulic installation time. It is only necessary to connect the tank and the fire fighting unit.
Possibility to realize the internal connection avoiding the insulation of the piping (abovehead installation or possibility to have the flanged connection outside the box (belowhead installation)
Easy to transport and displace. The dimensions do not exceed the 2500 mm so it is never considered an exceptional transport.
The UNISHELT and UNISHELT-TS range is composed by 3 models that are different in terms of width:

Each of these models is produced in several lengths, according to the dimensions of the fire fighting unit that will be positioned inside

UNISHELT60 SLIM is produced only in one model (...B20-10), suitable for the installation of all the fire fighting units with submersible electric pumps (SM Range).
